Shipping & Delivery
We offer a choice of shipping. You can choose from the list at the time of checkout. We try our utmost to comply by shipping with your selected carrier. We also reserve the right to send by any alternative method if we deemed fit to execute the shipping process necessary to complete the transaction. A order usually takes approximately 5 - 10 business days from the time the order is placed – depending on payment approval- until the order is delivered. Payment approval can take up to 5 days depending on whether your payment is selected for review by the bank. This is an approximation when items are in stock.
Signature confirmation is required upon delivery. Online orders requested ship to a third party apart from the card holder will require an additional step to complete. Credit card verification will be requested. Please note: This is an attempt to prevent fraudulent use of your credit card.

Delivery time varies from 3 to 5 days for domestic orders. Express orders should be delivered 1 - 2 days after postage (The selected carrier reserve the right to change or amend the delivery time) We accept international orders. Shipping cost will be determined based upon your location.
Total Time for Delivery: Total time is based on the amount of time it takes to get payment authorization, order processing, and the transit time from the carrier. This can range from 24 hours to 10 days for in-stock items.

Shipping and Handling Rates For bulk orders, our customer-friendly shipping schedule is calculated on the ACTUAL WEIGHT or DIMENSIONAL WEIGHT of your shipment and the TYPE OF SHIPPING SERVICE that you specify (ground, air or overnight). Shipping and handling charges will be applied to all orders placed with us. If your order must be shipped in multiple boxes or in separate shipments in the event an item is not in stock and must ship at a later date, shipping and handling charges for the entire order will be assessed at the point when the first item is shipped. Children and Privacy The Site is a general audience website and is not directed to children under the age of 13. We will never knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13 without verifiable parental consent. If we become aware that a user is under the age of 13 and has submitted Personal Information without verifiable parental consent, we will remove his or her personally identifiable information from our files. We encourage parents and guardians to spend time with their children online and to be familiar with the websites they visit. GlitzzyHair.com does not sell products to persons under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, you are required seek the consent of your parent or guardian to purchase products from the Site.

Corrections/Information Removal/Opt-Out

Returns & Replacements
Order will be accepted for refund or replacement within 7 days of receipt. (Determined by the date on the signed delivery confirmation)
Products are not returnable once opened (their band has been removed).
Defective items may be exchanged within 14 days of receipt for the same item or brand only.

All returns require a Return Authorization number to be issued prior to being returned. Returned products must be in new condition, include original outer packaging and be received within 14 days of the date purchased.
We reserve the right to refuse for return or to charge a restocking fee for damaged, incomplete or otherwise non-conforming returns.
Returns will not be accepted without the issued Return Authorization number.

Ordering
Please be sure to check your items before placing order. Items marked "“out of stock” can still be placed. We guarantee that you will receive your shipment within the maximum time specified in our delivery terms.
Be sure to maximize your discounts by checking for promotions. Three(3) and Four(4) multi–pieces order will receive an everyday discount. Contact us by text–1-347 450 0967 – for an immediate response when received at a civil time. Otherwise we’ll respond within 24 hours.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Your order is thoroughly reviewed by our sales Department to ensure that the order is accurate, the payment method is valid, and you are authorized to use this payment method. Once your order has passed the review, it is shipped from our warehouse. NOTE - We do not charge your credit or debit card until your order is shipped, however we do attempt to get an authorization on your card for the amount of your order at the time your order is placed. This authorization is not a charge but still may utilize a portion of your credit limit or available funds making those funds or portion of your credit limit unavailable for other use. In the unlikely event that your order is delayed or cancelled the authorization will expire and your credit limit or available funds will again become available for use. The amount of time it takes for an authorization to expire is dependent on the policies of the bank that issued your card and ranges from 1 to 7 business days. Please note, credit card processing can take up to 3 business days (Depending on the accuracy of the information given to us by the customer.). Further, for security reasons, voice confirmation may be required before we can process your credit card for payment. Promotions are solely at GlitzzyHair.com discretion and can be cancelled or modified at any time. Only items purchase during the promotion period will be honored at the promotion prices. If the item(s) on your order are in-stock, we will ship them as soon as possible. If the item(s) on your order are out of stock, they will not be shipped until we have received and processed the backordered inventory.
